Better Change Movement (BCM) is a woman-led organization founded in 2022 with a clear mission to advocate for the rights of Women & Girls, female Sex Workers, sexual minorities (including the LGBTQ+ community), and people with disabilities.
To advance women’s rights, promote economic empowerment, and build an equitable society where all individuals—regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability status—can live with dignity, access equal opportunities, and contribute to a society grounded in respect and human rights.
To create a Rwanda where women, sexual minorities, and marginalized communities, including people with disabilities, can live freely, with equal access to rights, opportunities, and respect. We envision a society rooted in racial, economic, social, and gender justice where everyone is empowered to realize their full potential.
